• Sales Support:
• Support the sales team preparing presentations and proposals
• Onboarding of new customers in collaboration with the customer support team
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
• CRM Management:
• Maintenance and update of the CRM system
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Generate reports and analyse CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns
• Manage content for LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital platforms
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Event Coordination:
• Support the organization and execution of marketing events and webinars
• Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for events

Ihr Profil

• Studies in a Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Language Requirements:
• Proficiency in French and English (professional level) is required
• Knowledge of German, Spanish or other language is a plus
