Senior Advisor – ASEAN Market Development & Strategic Partnerships

Position Overview :
We seek a dynamic, results-driven Senior Advisor to lead our strategic business development initiatives in the ASEAN region, with an emphasis on the Indonesian market. The successful candidate will leverage extensive regional experience, robust technical acumen, entrepreneurial capabilities, and multilingual skills to drive impactful results and build lasting strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute the strategic plan for market entry, growth, and partnership-building within the ASEAN region, particularly Indonesia.
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, financial institutions, investors, and industry leaders.
Provide in-depth market analysis, risk assessment, and advisory services to our executive board and client families.
Ensure alignment of ASEAN market activities with the overall strategic objectives and vision of the firm.
Lead interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Represent the firm as a credible thought leader in regional and international forums, maintaining the highest professional standards.

Requirements :
Extensive professional experience in ASEAN market entry strategies, business development, and high-level advisory roles.
Proven track record of delivering substantial business growth and measurable outcomes in sectors such as investment management, technology, marketing, and advisory services.
Entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience as founder, shareholder, director, or senior executive in successful ventures.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to establish credibility and negotiate effectively across cultures and disciplines.
Fluent command of English, German, and Indonesian is essential.
Technical proficiency, analytical rigor, and proven ability to advise senior leadership and manage complex projects.
Degree-level education from a recognized university in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
