With a global outlook and a lean structure, they are looking for a Director of HR to shape and drive their people strategy during this pivotal growth phase.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments. As the Director of HR, you will be the key architect and driver of the company-s global HR operations, working closely with leadership to establish scalable processes and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Talent Management, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and performance management.
- Design and implement Compensation & Benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability building.
- Lead and manage HR systems implementation projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance across global operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning.
- Operate as a single contributor initially, with the potential to build a team as the company scales.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in HR leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector (essential).
- Strong experience across global HR operations in a lean/small company setting.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end HR functions without reliance on large teams.
- Hands-on expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR systems rollouts.
- Strategic mindset combined with the willingness to execute day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at senior leadership level.
