Techfirm is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an HR Service Advisor to join Lonza Visp on a maternity leave cover basis. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service and supporting a dynamic, multicultural team.

Position Overview:

As the HR Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers and colleagues regarding HR service requests, managing these from initiation to resolution. You will play a key role in enhancing the user experience and supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Service: Handle HR service requests and inquiries, tracking and resolving them efficiently.
- Customer Experience: Create a high-end user experience by providing best-in-class customer service and striving to exceed expectations.
- HR & Payroll Systems: Utilize multiple HR and payroll systems to resolve queries and support business operations.
- Process Improvement: Share customer feedback and suggest new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations.
- HR Calendar Support: Provide ad-hoc support for HR calendar events, such as IDP and salary reviews.
- Collaboration: Proactively advise HRBPs and line managers, and collaborate with other HR teams on projects and initiatives.
- Compliance & Expertise: Maintain knowledge of HR policies and act as the subject matter expert for the case tool within HR.
- Project Work: Contribute to local HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key HR Services & Solutions metrics and ensure work is performed within SLAs.

Key Requirements:
- Education: “Personalfachfrau/-mann” certification or a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR administration or HR shared services.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, a structured and proactive working attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Language: Fluent in German (a must) and business English (strongly preferred).
- Availability: Every morning or afternoon, Monday to Thursday
- Duration : from 01/07/2025 to 31/12/2025.
