Strategy Delivery Specialist (Interim Consultant)
Geneva Area | 9-Month Assignment | Start: Mid-August 2026
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Delivery Specialist to support strategic transformation, performance management, workforce planning, and executive governance activities within a large international organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy execution and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Coordinate strategic planning, governance, and executive reporting.
Develop and monitor KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reviews.
Lead workforce planning and resource optimization efforts.
Support senior leadership with analysis, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
Profile
Experience with a reputable strategy consulting firm is required.
Proven background in strategy execution, transformation, operating model, performance management, or workforce planning.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with senior executives in complex international environments.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Excellent English; French is an asset.
Assignment Details
Duration: Approximately 9 months
Start: Mid-August 2026
Workload: 80% for the first 6 months, then 60% for the final 3 months
