Regulatory & logistics related topics are key within the international Cartier Supply Chain to prevent any disruption of market access for all Cartier products distributed worldwide in a fast-moving regulatory environment.
MAIN PURPOSE
The Supply Chain Distribution Process Expert is assigned to a portfolio of regulatory and logistics related topics. He interacts closely with the Manufactures, central Supply Chain, markets teams and with the group central functions (Compliance, Tax, Legal teams, Logistics). He relies on his expertise of distribution flow to support, coordinate, test and provide solutions to the relevant stakeholders. He develops and maintains dashboards through PBI/Looker and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver support and expertise on any topic related to CITES, HS codes, Import/Export, Preferential origin, Hallmarking, Made-In-
- Act as an expert regarding challenges related to implementation and application of complex flows and the use of information system; liaise with Group Tech for the content, coordination and test execution of maintenance cycles and releases
- Contribute to the evolution of the system (enhancement requests) and Supply Chain processes (project mode)
- Develop dashboards, monitor regulations, identify & analyze impact on distribution flows
- Provide and clarify regulatory requirements to the stakeholders (manufacturing, logistics, Supply Chain, markets) to help them implement the best solutions
- Animate rituals with the stakeholders to strengthen the information exchanges
- Lead or contributes to continuous improvement initiatives
Define the framework: context, objectives, KPIs and target process
Animate the initiative through stakeholders and experts- alignment
Coordinate the implementation of the solutions: ensure follow up of all the phases through communication and documentation
JOB PROFILE
Education:
- Engineering or master's degree
Required experience:
- Minimum 3 years- experience in regulatory field within Manufacturing, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Experience in an international company with a multi-site-s organization
Technical skills / abilities:
- Knowledge of various regulations like CITES, HS codes, Import/Export, FTA, Hallmarking, Made-In-
- Experience on SAP SD, MM or MDM modules
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, PBI or Looker
Personal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and synthetic skills
- Pragmatism, result oriented
- Adaptability to interact within a complex matrix organization
- Very good oral and written communication skills in French & English
