To continue driving excellence in operational efficiency and supply chain reliability, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to take on a leadership role in supply chain management and business support.
The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Support department, including purchasing, planning, shipping, and packaging units.
- Develop and implement a strategic supplier management program, managing both direct (e.g., polymers, coatings) and indirect materials.
- Oversee production planning (AVOR), aligning production capacity with market demand.
- Ensure on-time delivery, packaging coordination, and logistics execution.
- Conduct inventory and cost analyses, optimizing stock levels and delivery schedules.
- Manage and maintain material master data in SAP, ensuring high-quality data integrity.
- Provide structured, data-driven reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, plus further education in purchasing or supply chain management.
- Several years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role.
- Proven experience in team leadership or department management is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
- Analytical thinker with solid organizational and process-driven competencies.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Confident with MS Office and experienced in SAP (MM module and/or related functions).
