Job Description

• Plan supply needs based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and consumption data.

• Monitor inventory levels and propose adjustments according to market priorities.

• Maintain and update planning parameters within internal systems (ERP / Supply tools).

• Analyze supply chain KPIs and contribute to regular reporting and performance reviews.

• Coordinate exceptional flows such as returns, reallocations, and inter-site transfers.

• Collaborate closely with supply, production, quality, and customer service teams to ensure product availability.

• Actively contribute to process improvement and optimization of planning tools.

• Participate in cross-functional projects based on business priorities.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in supply planning.

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP

• Analytical, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated, and collaborative environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
