Description
As a key player in a Lean Digital Core (LDC) program, you will take ownership for the design integration, build and deployment of SAP S/4HANA and connected digital solutions (e.g. EDI, e-Invoicing platforms, e-commerce, PLM, AI/ML) in the Commercial Sales & Distribution domain. In this role, you will serve as the IT counterpart to the Business Data Lead and play a critical role in driving data migration, integration and quality for commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Data IT Lead and main point of contact for Commercial (COM) data-related activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data migration tasks in alignment with the Business Data Lead.
- Contribute to Enterprise Data Management (EDM) objectives and support data governance activities beyond the LDC program.
- Manage retrofit scope activities for both minor and major releases.
- Drive and own cross-functional design topics for Commercial processes, enabling downstream analysis and solutioning by process design teams.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Process Integration Leads to ensure standardized and simplified integrated solutions.
- Promote the use of standardized solutions, limiting custom developments to business-critical exceptions.
- Coordinate with design leads across Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align cross-functional information flows and ensure timely delivery of Commercial-related tasks.
Profil
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, with a focus on Commercial Sales & Distribution.
- Proven experience in data migration, integration, and governance within a global enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial data domains (e.g., customers, sales orders, pricing, e-commerce).
- Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management frameworks and data quality standards.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and with cross-functional global teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (advantageous).
