Team Leader for Drawing Off and Warehouse (m/f/d) – 100%

Your mission

• Supervise and develop a motivated team of seven employees within the packaging and logistics department
• Accurate planning of bottling processes to ensure the constant availability of our product variants
• Ensure the excellence of our products through rigorous quality controls
• Collaborate on the ground to support your team
• Optimise flows by managing stocks
• Participate in continuous improvement projects hand in hand with the Production Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a food technologist, brewer, or beverage or dairy technologist, BP or a higher education diploma (ES) in food technology is an asset
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in production or bottling
• Initial experience in team management
• Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German and/or English
• Strong team spirit, overview, great resilience and openness to change
• Flexibility and autonomy, including participation in the rotating on-call service
