Description
Design and implement holistic wealth and financial planning strategies for HNW and UHNW clients
Lead portfolio structuring and optimisation, including asset allocation, risk management and investment efficiency
Advise on wealth structuring, retirement planning, succession and legacy planning
Support the firm's growth by developing internal processes, tools and best practices
Act as a senior point of reference for complex client situations
Participate in client meetings and collaborate closely with relationship managers and investment partners
Profile
Senior-level experience (typically 10+ years) in wealth planning, financial planning or investment advisory
Strong background within the Geneva wealth management ecosystem (EAM, private bank, multi-family office or advisory firm)
Demonstrated expertise in portfolio construction and optimisation
Experience working with clients ( persons, cross-border clients, or structures) is a strong plus
Solid understanding of international wealth management standards and regulatory constraints
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
Fluent in French and English
