You have a proven experience in project management in a retail international environment.

You have an analytical, pragmatic, and business-oriented mindset.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You have excellent team spirit, agility, and collaboration skills.

You speak English fluently.

You have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI would be appreciated.

 

WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS? 

 

Within the International Retail Performance department, your main mission is to initiate, structure and manage retail related projects to drive performance across the network (boutique, e-Commerce, Partners) in close collaboration with regions and other departments of the Maison.

In that context:

 

  • You work on key indicators on retail performance by creating and sharing dashboards. You also contribute to the improvement of the existing reports and tools. You provide benchmarks, analysis and key indicators to support decision making and strategic discussions for the HQ and regions.
  • You accompany the different regions to ensure a good understanding of their KPIs and analysis and make sure they are aligned with the Maison’s strategy and priorities.
  • You identify and lead projects to develop and enhance the Maison’s performance liaising with other departments.
