Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative employee for our client located in Neuchâtel.

The key objective of the role is provide our Relationship Directors/Managers with an efficient, professional administrative support service.

PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepare and arrange signature of all documents required for the transfer of the administration of entities between different offices, update list of entities and liaise with all relevant departments in respect of such transfers.

Check Trust Department task box on a regular basis throughout the day

Check vault ledger and new set up 4Series input

Administration of own portfolio of entities, including liaison with Relationship Directors/Managers where necessary.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in an administrative position

English at a business level (BEC higher)

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills

Good numeracy skills and a strong commercial awareness

Solid administration experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability and maturity to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management within the Group, and with high powered clients.
