We are looking for a full-time:

Admissions Counselor Central Europe
The Admissions Counselor supports the Regional Admissions Manager (RAM) in maximising the recruitment of students
in the region, respecting the schools admissions criterias and the reputation of our institutions. This team member will
manage and support sales and enrollment events at our campuses, participate in student and professional fairs, meet
with all kind of educational partners (high schools, universities…), meet future students and/or parents and follow up
leads closely by using our internal CRM system. On a more administrative side, the Admission Counselor takes care
of various tasks, but not limited to team project work, brochure sending or administrative follow-up with applied and
enrolled students.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

Maximize the student’s recruitment from the market
and to meet all targets.
Follow up leads and councel students and/or parents
to enroll in the schools via phone, email, social networks, in person or informative seminars.
Execute marketing activities in the markets that support the development of the market (fairs, seminars,
high school visits....)
Participate to Campus visits, Open Days and other
Take an active interest in learning, ensuring full
knowledge of all Sommet Education schools and
Additional marketing projects as agreed by the RAM
(event management, competitor analysis…)
Oversee students through the entire admissions process, ensuringtimely and accurate answers to questions, including those relating to fees and payments.
Communicate well with students, parents, LHE
schools and management regarding needs, issues
and successes.
Ensure that all potential students meet admissions
Attend International Marketing Workshop as requested.
Other duties as agreed by the RAM.


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in Business,
Hospitality or Tourism Management, Sales and/or
Proven track record in successfully leading sales and
surpassing sales targets deliverables.
Successful experience working within complex
international and competitive environment,
preferably in education or hospitality management.
Fluent in English and any other Central European
language (or Russian) is a must.
Sales spirit, good knowledge in using sales processes/CRM systems.
Relationship management; Persuading & influencing.
Extravert and fast learner, you have a natural ability in
fostering and maintaining a connection with students
and parents from different cultural backgrounds.
Ambitious, solution and result driven.
Entrepreneurial skills and team player.
Familiar with the International educational system.
Willing to travel extensively across the region
(fairs, high school visits, fairs, seminars…).
Swiss/EU passport holder or valid Swiss working
