Adult Tobacco Shopper Marketing Coordinator
Context

Together with your manager you are responsible to produce all marketing campaign touchpoints and
manage their implementation in the Swiss market. You are responsible not only for implementation in
Retail but as well in channels such as Entertainment and Digital.

Main Accountabilities

Brand Activities development in Retail, Entertainment and Digital channels
o Manage the development of all communication touchpoints in cooperation with brand
teams and marketing services agencies
o Support in organising regular meetings with internal stakeholders: Brand teams, Key
Account teams, Field Force, Horeca team
o Create monthly briefings for the external service in charge of implementing marketing
cycles.

Communication Platform
o Support ATSM Manager in developing Retail, Entertainment and Digital solutions to
optimize brands visibility
o Support in identifying innovative communication material as well as continuously improve
existing tools / execution and mechanism, test prototypes, sell to internal stakeholders
and implement in Retail/Entertainment universe
o Competition and out of category benchmark: support in providing regular updates on
competition analysis

Agency Management
o Support in managing various suppliers / agencies and maintaining good working
relationship
o Contribute in identifying new suppliers and provide cost / quality analysis

Knowledge and Skills
HES or University degree
Agency management is an asset
Fluent in German and French (written and oral)
Good level of English
Project management
Structured, organised
Logical and analytical thinking
Fully Computer literate (with strong Excel knowledge, good Word & PowerPoint)
Communication / Interpersonal skills
One to two years’ experience in a marketing department is an asset
