Your role

Do you proactively go the extra mile to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? Do you want to be part of a new banking era and play an important role in the merger of the two largest Swiss banks?

We are seeking client account managers to:
- support our Global Financial Intermediaries (External Asset Managers) and Wealth Management Switzerland Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client service
- be the first point-of-entry contact for our clients reaching out to us through the secure message channel and calling us
- assist the clients and the external asset manager with account queries, general banking topics, various digital topics, payments and stock orders on an execution only basis
- embrace change and flexibility, collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge

Your team

You will be working in the GWM FSO Client Services Wealth Management Switzerland Team which is part of the Global Wealth Management Front Support Office (FSO). We are a dynamic and inspiring organization with offices in Basel, Zurich, Lamone, and Renens. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team, with the primary work location in Renens. As client account manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services.
Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey and free up valuable time for Client Advisors. Providing excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.

Your expertise

  • profound knowledge of banking services, ideally within a client facing team, combined with excellent communication skills
  • ability to understand complex issues and present solutions in an understandable way
  • a keen interest in financial products and services
  • strong attention to detail and risk, even when under pressure
  • resilient team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
  • fluent in French and/or Italian and English, any other language is of advantage
