Richemont owns some of the world-s leading luxury goods Maisons, with particular strengths in jewellery, fine watches and premium accessories. Each Maison represents a proud tradition of style, quality and craftsmanship and Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons. At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons- values, through a process of continuous creativity.

Richemont has a strong ambition to grow digital distribution capabilities and optimise omnichannel customer journeys. In parallel to the recent acquisition of YNAP and Watchfinder, Richemont recently created a Group Digital Distribution (GDD) central department at HQ to oversee and support the transformation of the Group's distribution model. In order to successfully roll out digital and omnichannel transversal initiatives, GDD is strengthening its Data capabilities.

Reporting to the GDD Data Project Manager, the GDD Data Analyst will work in close collaboration with the GDD Senior Management Team in order to deliver an ambitious data roadmap.

The scope will include (but not be limited to):

* Lead data projects end-to-end, including business requirements gathering, data requirements definition, technical specifications and follow-up of development;
* Run complex analyses to deliver business insights to the different teams - automate reporting for scalability reasons whenever it is relevant;
* Train and support regional and Maisons Data stakeholders.

In addition to the scope above, the GDD Data Analyst will actively participate in building a Group Data Community including Data Analysts and Data Scientists from the different functions and entities of the Group.

The GDD Data Analyst is part of the Business Team and works closely with the business stakeholders allowing her/ him to understand business needs and to own business requirements. At the same time, the Data Analyst interacts on a daily basis with the Group Technology Team to translate the business requirements into data and technological requirements.

Finally, as part of a high-adrenaline environment and team working on one of the key pillars of Richemont's strategy, the Data Analyst will contribute to shaping the Group's future and will be part of a visible and valuable community.
