Richemont owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery, luxury watches and writing instruments.

WE RECRUIT
The mission is part of global Richemont Digital Service activities to manage digital projects mainly focused on Web sales/e-commerce, Phone and Retail sales tools.
As a Digital Project Manager you will be in charge of driving and supporting Richemont Maisons in their digital applications implementations.
You will ensure smooth execution of digital projects, from design to management and implementation by means of coordination, planning, workload and costs estimating, as well as monitoring and project management.
You are responsible for piloting Web/e-commerce, Phone and Retail sales tools implementations projects on behalf of the Maisons.
You will liaise directly with Maisons business teams, their agencies and grant the adherence with the Richemont Group architectures, solutions, tools and overall implementation framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Coordinate and ensure good and successful relationships with Business, Digital teams of Richemont Maisons and Richemont Regional Entities.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and specifications, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation (define project tasks and resource requirements).
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Track project deliverables and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Prepare, drive and/or get involved in Users Acceptance Testing once the solution gets deployed, ensure compliance with standards and existing methodology as well as deliverables’ quality.
Prepare and lead training activities.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (included users’ guidelines and training materials).
Produce regular project status reports, and present them to the various project committees/instances (constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders).
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Project evaluations and assessment of results.

YOUR PROFILE
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in test management in an international context.

# Technical Skills
Web 360 culture: architectures, solutions, software, frameworks, integration patterns, market trends, operation, etc.
Strong knowledge of multiple digital disciplines (i.e. e-Commerce, PIM/Catalog management, email marketing, paid search, search engine optimization, etc.)
Strong knowledge of analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adwords).
General technical knowledge and experience with Java, SAP ERP & CRM, Adobe CQ/AEM, PIM/Catalog Management is an asset.
Hands on experience with e-Commerce platforms (i.e. Demandware, ATG, Magento, Hybris, etc).
Execution of digital marketing experiences, including websites, microsites, iPad and mobile apps for Line of Business.

# Education
Graduated in an Engineering School, Master degree in digital/web technology, Computer Science or related field.
Project management certification (e.g. PMI, AGILE, or equivalent) is an asset.
Knowledge of SAP environment will be appreciated.
Fluent in English.
