## Unser Angebot ##

As a QA engineer you will be working with business and technology stakeholders to understand business requirements, technology architecture, development environments, and test infrastructure. You will define test strategies for the new system capabilities, integrations and data flows (including products, prices, customers, stock, orders and payments). You will design, implement and execute end-to-end test cases, analyse test results, and work with business and technology teams to resolve issues.

## Ihre Aufgaben ##

**Key Responsabilities :**

* Define test strategies for each Product/Project contributed to
* Review functional requirements (FUS) and approve them for testing by leading definition of acceptance criteria
* Design test cases to maximize requirement test coverage while optimizing required effort
* Prepare test phases in collaboration with the Product/Project team
* Run test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
* Log confirmed and clarified bugs then report these to rest of the Product/Project team
* Help in troubleshooting ongoing Product/Project related issues
* Provide test exit reports
* Maintain Product/Project test referential up to date and ensure it is aligned with corresponding documentation
* Actively contribute to the QA Community of Practice and suggest how to improve test processes and tools for everyone to benefit from such improvements
* Ensure that QA Community of Practice frameworks, tools, methodologies, best practices are applied and used consistently throughout teams, while considering adaptation when required
* Collaborate with DevOps team to set-up and improve test automation
* Collaborate with support teams to handover all required knowledge about the new data flows and integration

## Ihr Profil ##

**Experience :**

* * \+3 years of experience as QA lead / engineer
* Proven history of leading QA activities with full responsibility for corresponding deliverables
* Proven ability to perform end-to-end test
* Proven experience in banking industry
* Experience of working in agile environment with remote teams and stakeholders
* Prior experience in system integration and data migration projects is strong plus
* Development background is a strong plus
* Experience on Watchmaking and Jewelry is a plus
* Experience in a previous leadership role is helpful

**Technology and PIM skills :**

* * Script or general programming skills are a must
* Be comfortable with WebServices, REST APIs and Micro Services technologies and architectures, including test tools (SoapUI, Postman)
* Familiar with automated test framework/tools and CD/CI pipelines
* Understand PIM technology as well as complex Product Catalog structures and data transformation and augmentation needs
* Understand DAM, Content Delivery Networks (Akamai) and Cloud concepts
* Understanding of CIAM principles and technologies
* Experience on Zephyr is a plus

**Education :**

* * B.Sc. or MSc  in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
* Fluency in English both written and oral, knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
* Solid professional references

* Able to work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity
* Exhibit good judgment skills on when to seek guidance and when to escalate risks and issues
* Strong attention to detail, analysis and synthesis capacity and ability to communicate with different people
* Ability of quick learning of new product, and be able to 'think outside the box and recommend solutions
* Communicates fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Flexibility to travel abroad on periodic basis
* Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines, scope, focus and priorities
* Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations
