A DAY IN YOURLIFE

Providecommercial and marketing leadership and strategic direction for Medtronic's RTGportfolio in Alpine, Benelux, Greece, Israel and Nordic (ABGI N). Align anddrive a cross functional team to achieve and exceed revenue, market share, and operatingmargin targets while positioning the business for sustainable long-termgrowth.

Direct reporting line is to our VicePresident, RTG, EMEA

MAIN JOBDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Unit Management
* Develop and execute commercial plans and manage investments to achieveshort-term and long-term business objectives

* Develop and execute KOLs strategy for RTG in theregion

* Define and communicate Medtronic commitment to RTG, covering entireproduct offering of Medtronic

* Lead implementation of IHS (Integrated Health Solutions), VBHC (ValueBased Healthcare) and multiline contracting strategies for RTG business

* Drive the creation and implementation of strategies that enhancedifferentiation of the RTG offering beyond the product including specificallyphysician Training and Education

* Represent ABGI N within operating mechanisms for RTG EMEA
* Lead a proactive collaboration with RTG EMEA
* Drive all change initiatives by being atransformation leader and role model to mobilize teams as well as otherstakeholders tocommitto this strategic and cultural change to align with the pan-MedtronicEnterprise Excellence strategies and initiatives.

* Establish budgets, short- and long-range objectives and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success.
* Oversee new product/market introductions, sales training programs, key surgeons/key account visit and attendance at key industry congresses and meetings.
* Maintain long-range sales and marketing plans.
Integrative People Leadership
* Lead a proactive collaboration with RTG business
* Provide opportunities for personal growth and advancement of reports,owning specific initiatives to achieve GIDE goals (GlobalInclusion, Diversity, and Engagement)

* Design and maximize opportunities for talent development by making superior decisions as to how to deploy and develop them. Accelerate the development of others, differentiating opportunities and purposefully creating progressive experiences
* Build effective teams through hiring anddevelopment of direct and key indirect reports, using performance managementtechniques including mentoring, rewards and recognition when appropriate, anddiscipline when necessary

* Provide opportunities for personal growth andadvancement of direct and indirect reports.

* Promote a trustingand progressive culture within the region and develop collaborativerelationships across the country, connects well and empathically across all areas

* Leverage matrixrelationships to align others

JOBQUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND PERSONAL VALUES

* Able to motive andlead across a complex matrix in a challenging market context

* Prior Medtronicbusiness leadership experience preferred

* Demonstrateexperience leading high performing teams and effective talent development

* Undergraduate degreerequired; MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate Degree preferred

* 10+ years insales/marketing in a medical device or related field; experience in cardiologypreferred

* Fluency in English
* Strong analyticalskills and business acumen

* Ability to anticipate market trends ahead of the curveand build plans to capitalize on the potential opportunities presented

* A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skillswho brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to his/her work
