Job Description
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for the Nyon office (onboarding to offboarding)
- Oversee Swiss payroll preparation and coordination with external payroll providers
- Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers in Nyon
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal HR policies
- Support the coordination of payroll activities for other countries in collaboration with local providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate HR data, contracts, and employee documentation
- Contribute to HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, and external partners as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist role
- Solid knowledge of Swiss payroll and labor law
- Experience working in an international / multi-country environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
