We are looking for a bilingual French and Italian HR Administrator/Coordinator with solid experience in HR operations and payroll coordination, ideally in an international environment. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, HR administration, and payroll processes for France and Italy while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Our client is a well-established international consumer goods company with operations across multiple European markets.
Missions
Manage day-to-day HR administration activities for employees based in France and Italy
Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters
Coordinate payroll activities in collaboration with external payroll providers
Collect, review, and submit monthly payroll data to ensure accurate salary processing
Serve as the key contact for employee payroll-related queries
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies
Partner with HR stakeholders across the EMEA region to support business objectives
Profil du candidat
Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination, or a similar HR Operations role
Experience supporting payroll processes in collaboration with external providers
Sound knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR administration practices
Fluency in both French and Italian is mandatory
Good command of English in a professional environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
