For our client, we are looking for a bilingual administrative assistant / receptionist in French and English to work part time, all mornings.

Administrative Assistant 50% (m/w)

Our client is a financial company in Geneva.


As the administrative assistant :

- you are the receptionist of the company working all mornings (part time job)

- you are in charge of welcoming guests

- you respond to incoming phone calls

- you deal with all the administrative tasks required by the partners (filling, mails, billing etc)

- you support the director for his personal matters

Profil du candidat

- you have a previous experience is a financial company as an administrative assistant

- you are trustworthy and used to deal with confidential information

- you are completly bilingual in French and English

- you an excellent level for MS Office and an outstanding communication and presentation

- you are motivated and teamplayer

- you are ready to be polyvalent in your day to day activities
