Our client is a global corporation focusing on the luxury segment of consumer goods with its international operations hub based in the Zurich area. To strengthen their travel retail operations, we are recruiting for a Business Process Expert Order-to-Cash (m/f).

Description du poste

The Business process Expert OTC will be anchored within the Customer Service department and be reporting directly to the Customer Service Lead Travel Retail Worldwide. The tasks for this position consist of following activities:

- Perform process analyzes and achieve efficiency through process standardization

- Provide application support and continuous improvement suggestions for the organization as well as wider internal stakeholders

- Lead training sessions to provide organizational insight and understanding of OTC systems and processes

- Drive process standardization, knowledge management, structural improvements as well as executing end-user support service to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

- Troubleshoot internal customer system, process or training gaps

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to design, develop, test and deliver OTC system enhancements

- Provide a smooth daily service support for Customer Service activities globally

- Ensure procedures and processes are standardized, maintained, approved and followed

- Determine gaps in existing functionality and reviewing requirements with stakeholders

Profil recherché

For this function, the successful candidate should provide a strong proficiency in project and data management, whilst showing affinity to technology and proven record in people and stakeholder management.

- Sound educational background (e.g. Bachelor's degree) or comparable business experience

- Proven track record in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience (i.e. Process Expert for Order-to-Cash in Customer Service Management, Project Manager Order-to-Cash, etc.)

- Experience and sound understanding of the Order-to-Cash process is mandatory

- Good knowledge of application integration process points and of reporting systems

- Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes

- Ability to work under pressure in order to resolve issues complemented by a solution-oriented mentality

- Skilled in communication to different levels in the organization, capable trainer, ability to work in a team and to show an indirect leadership attitude

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of information

- Ability to work in a matrix structure, influencing cross functional stakeholders to achieve a positive outcome while being part of a performance orientated and results driven culture

- Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills combined with a great attention to detail

- Service minded personality: Hands-on approach with a can-do and positive attitude

- Business level fluency in English required, German language knowledge is a plus
