interesting! For our commercial business unit in Lausanne, we are looking for an:

HR Business Partner
In this role, you will work in close partnership with the business and our global business service teams.
You will report to the Head of Human Resources for Switzerland, acting as a strategic sparring partner
and a strong change agent.
Main Accountabilities

Act as subject matter expert and coach the line managers on all key HR activities during the
employee life cycle, such as: recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management,
training & development, employee relations and change management

Manage the local implementation of global HR initiatives and projects

Build organizational capabilities and ensure optimal organizational development

Be responsible to further develop and deploy the talent brand on social media

Deliver the quarterly workforce planning process and support the employment cost forecasting

Be responsible for the quality of HR and payroll processes and drive the service level agreements
with our global business services and payroll provider

Manage and coach HR Payroll Coordinator
Knowledge and Skills

Federal Brevet in HR or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business
Partner, preferably in a multinational environment, combined with excellent knowledge of the
Swiss labor law

Experience in managing global business service teams, working with remote and virtual teams

High level of interpersonal skills, able to interact with internal/external stakeholders on all levels

Resilient, driven by results, able to energize and influence

Fluent in French and English, both verbally and in written, German is an asset
