Regional Admissions Manager (Central Europe & Caucasus)

We are looking for a full-time Regional Admissions Manager (Central Europe & Caucasus).
The Regional Admissions Manager is responsible for the recruitment of students in his/her region and the achievement of his/her recruitment targets by developing and activating the network of Educational Counselors (EC), developing and deploying commercial activities in the markets and managing the entire admission process. The Regional Admissions Manager will support the Executive Director in maximizing the recruitment potential of the region, respecting the schools admissions criterias and the reputation of the institutions.

Market Development :
• Maximize recruitment from the region, establish and meet ambitious targets.
• Develop thorough market analysis for the region, explore and segment consumer needs and follow consumer and industry trends in order to develop a strong three-year strategic regional plan, with the supervision of the Executive Director.
• Develop a recruitment plan for the region, to include sales & marketing activities.
• Execute sales & marketing activities that support the development of the region and build the positive reputation of the schools with the educators, hospitality industry and governments.
• Develop relationships with appropriate educational authorities and embassies to ensure smooth operations within the region.

Educational Counselor Management:
• Support the network of Educational Counselors, manage and motivate them to be strong partners for Glion and Les Roches in markets.
• Ensure consistent development programs and training sessions for Educational Counselors to become highly effective in recruiting students for Glion and Les Roches universities.

Administration / Coordination
• Oversee students through the entire admissions process, in order to achieve high conversion rates.
• Manage any student issues, offer timely and accurate answers to questions, including those relating to fees and payments.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, school and management regarding any issue, need or opportunity that arises.
• Support Executive Director in field activities, budget allocation and marketing events.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Management, Sales and/or Marketing. Master’s a plus.
• 4-5 years of experience working within complex international and competitive environment, preferably in education or hospitality management.
• Proven track record in successfully leading sales and surpassing sales targets deliverables.
• Proven experience in business development is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English and Russian; and any other Central European language is an asset.
• Knows the Central European region, understands the culture and how society works.
• Good understanding of regional and international Educational systems.
• Strong marketing knowledge.
• Ambitious, solution and result driven, creative, good planer/coordinator, highly responsible.
• MS Office, experience in a CRM system, digital marketing knowledge is a plus
• Open for intensive travelling (seasonal travel).
• Willingness to travel extensively (seasonal travel).
