Our client, an international software provider offering a broad technology portfolio, is hiring an account support. On their behalf we are now looking for a talented entrepreneur with the ability to work independently.

As part of a multicultural, dynamic team you will be responsible to provide international clients with a high level of customer service by carrying out the following tasks:
* Act internally as a customer advocate
* Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the products
* Function as a front-line technical resource for best practice and informal customer questions
* Identify potential technical or business obstacles and suggest solutions
* Provide clear and constructive product feedback to product management teams based on customer requests
* Deliver up to date information to the customers on our client's capabilities, including roadmap and strategic direction
* Collaborate with Account Executives in order to pursue relationships and opportunities in parallel to widening the bandwidth of sales activity, build trust with all customer contacts
* Compile status reports and ensure that account action items are completed and escalates to appropriate level of management when needed
Visit customer on site quarterly in order to deliver quarterly reviews

Description du profil :

In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
* Successfully completed degree in economics or equivalent
* At least 3 years of solid working experience in a similar position (inside sales, sales support)
* Experience with ERP Systems, MS Office and general IT- Affinity
* Fluent in German and English, French is a great advantage
* Communicative and driven individual with a solution-oriented mindset, to ensure a continuous and successful establishment with the customers
* A team player who works independently and in a structured manner and for whom it is a matter of course to think outside the box
