Our client, an international financial company based in Geneva, is actively looking for an

Executive Assistant ENG-FR
Fixed-term contract 6 months - maternity leave cover
Start date: mid-August

Your missions:

  • Manage various agendas simultaneously
  • Answer incoming calls, offer a professional and efficient support, take messages
  • Draft documents to a high standard, including presentations
  • Manage correspondance: sort incoming mails, draft official letters, file...
  • Welcome vistors in the office
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained
  • Assist a Team in its projects when needed
  • Coordinate international and local events, organise meetings
  • Update the internal database
  • Offer a full support for accounting tasks (expenses reports, invoices...)

Your profile:

  • CFC employé/e de commerce or equivalent
  • A professional background of 2 -3 years as an Assistant (administrative / executive / personal)
  • A first experience within a fast-paced and international environment is strongly desired
  • Previous successful experience in expenses management (Excel) and drafting of presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Perfectly fluent in English: your level must be excellent both written and spoken (C1/C2)
  • Advanced level minimum in French (C1)
  • Excellent IT skills, notably Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritise workload with attention to details
  • Proactive amd positive mindset
  • Capacity to work independently and take initiatives
  • High level of integrity, sound judgement and strong ethics
  • Swiss nationality or valid permit
